Pilgrim: Mercy Wizard—this is a killer new release from a band that combines doom with a nice mix of drone. I listen to this all the time when I'm driving, especially at night. Outstanding release!
Om: Advaitic Songs—I've loved Om for quite a while now, but their new release is one the best they've done.
Sleep: Dopesmoker—I came late to this one, but it makes for a great listen. Who knew that a single track, clocking it at just over an hour, can be this interesting and cool.
Witchcraft: Witchcraft / The Alchemist / Firewood—I've been spinning all three of these reissues on "shuffle" for several weeks now. Also makes for great workout music.
Testament: Dark Roots of the Earth—One of my all-time favorite bands are back with a killer new release. Their cover of Iron Maiden's "Powerslave" is worth the price of the album alone.
