The music and lyrics throughout this album are powerful and spiritual. I like the message and it sounds so good delivered with this interesting and dynamic music. Mark's voice will bring back memories of Steve Walsh, while the whole production has a Kansas – like feel to it. However, this is no copy. It is dynamic and The Colorado ecological photos and CD imagery add to the music and set it apart from others within the genre.
The title track is an excellent song to kick off this amazing album full of spiritual inspiration. The violin sounds at the end of this will grab you if the rest of the song hasn't already. The guitar and keyboard sounds and riffs throughout this album will hold your interest and help lift and inspire you along with the lyrics.
"The Song" was perfect for the Christmas season which we are in as of the writing of this review.
"Hallelujah" is full of amazing synths, piano, guitar, and drums. The only thing missing was a pipe organ. This song is so full of energy you will probably jump out of your chair at the end.
"The Light" has an amazing sound full of great guitar licks and keyboard, along with great lyrics.
Five of the songs are over 7 minutes long proving Mark can provide epic songs and support them with incredible music. "Numinous One" is proof of Mark's devotion to the message and messenger with both epic lyrics and instrumental art.
Excellent music with an inspirational message.
