This short album (25:50) is the debut output from this Italian four piece act called Children of Technology. Time will tell if they will last.
On this disc, the listener is going to go through a series of eight simple tracks of a similar nature. The musical direction is some sort of punk metal. You have plenty of that black and roll vibe to be found in the riffing department. The riffs are often backed up by the bass to give that fat, juicy and powerful feel. The pace moves from moderate to mid-fast, and the drummer seems to know only one beat. This is responsible for making the compositions sound pretty much all the same, although they have some bits that differentiate them. You'll hear some clean vocals here, some war samplings, and siren as well as beastie voices. To break from the redundancy, they have guitar solos that are kind of decent, but you come expect them though. A couple tracks have caught my attention a bit more than the rest. "No Man's Land" comes with tasty riffs and bass duet, while closing track, "Screams From the Earth "is being introduced by tasty clean arpeggios; an addition in the general harmonies .
It's Time to Face the Doomsday is an in your face Italian output of thrashy punk black metal disc.
