Led Bib is a UK jazz band made up of the talents of Chris Williams: alto saxophone; Pete Grogan: alto saxophone; Toby McLaren: Fender Rhodes; Liran Donin: bass; and Mark Holub: drums. They have received critical acclaim throughout the UK for their inventive jazz experimentation.
This is an interesting experimental jazz presentation, with different sounds and instruments coming at you from different angles and all sides of the room. For me it was like a Zappa meets jazz experience. Very unique and full of surprises. Something everyone should try every once and while to shake up your listening experience. "Moth Dilemma", "Power Walking" and "Is That a Woodblock?" were some of my favorites. The sax work is incredible and will keep you involved.
A very solid 4 stars for its unique sound and instrumentation. Cuneiform once again comes up with another winner.
