Russkaja: Energia!

I really don't know where to begin with this review as this is literally one of the worst albums I have ever heard.

Self described as "Russian Turbo Polka Metal", Energia! is definitely unique. However unique is not always a good thing when you try to cross-pollinate musical genres such as polka, ska and metal into one. Like chocolate and onions mixed together, this musical mix is every bit as awkward as it sounds.

If you can imagine a mix of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, No Doubt and Five Finger Death Punch sung in a foreign language, you would have a pretty good idea of what Energia! sounds like: Completely wrong.

However, I am sure there are some people who like all three of the above bands who will think this is actually pretty good stuff. Guess what? It's not.
