Hautala, Heikki: Pyövelin Vaatteet

Pyövelin Vaatteet (roughly translated as Executioners Clothes)is the debut solo album from Heikki Hautala and was recorded in the woods of Kuru on a four tracker some years prior to its release which certainly explains the somewhat rustic and backwoods sound on offer. With all the lyrics being in Finnish it is decidedly difficult to understand what the album is all about but it certainly seems to flow nicely in an acoustic style and there are times when Hautala seems genuinely angry. It's by no means a barrel of laughs but worth a listen possibly if the recent Kimi Kärki did a job for you.
