This Swedish quintet's sound is crafted from a rich tapestry of 50% Dream Theater's complexity and progressive elements, 25% Shadow Gallery's melodic and symphonic flair, 15% Fates Warning's heavy riffs and intense vocals, 5% DeeExpus's atmospheric and introspective nature, and 5% Arena's neo-progressive intricate song structures.

On their latest offering, Universe Calls, Paralydium distinguishes itself through thoughtful arrangements, allowing each instrument to shine both collectively and individually.
