Padovani, Lelio: The Big Picture

This is guitarist Padovani's third self produced instrumental project after Unknown Revolution in 2002 and A2A in 2003. These tracks are very reminiscent of the early recordings by fellow countryman Alex Masi. In other words, interesting but somewhat unpolished and sometime dissonant guitar treatments over self produced second rate rhythm tracks. Masi ultimately developed into a major talent with a refined and defined style, and let's hope Lelio can do the same. The title track and "The Brave melody" show some real promise. I look forward to Lelio's continued development.
