Artillery Hell: 3 Song Demo

Here's a US band that is trying to pull together the pieces and get a headstart on a career in metal, and judging by this 3 song demo, they are well on their way. Combining elements of thrash, death and black metal, Artillery Hell have released a few demos over the last few years, and might be on the verge of latching onto a label and putting together a full blown official CD. While their promo sheet lists the fact that they have had a few personnel changes over the years, they seem to have solidified their line-up in recent months, which will be important as they seek a record deal. These three songs show some promise, as the band has a penchant for over the top extreme metal that bears influences from Cradle of Filth, Slayer, Overkill, and Morbid Angel. Pummeling guitar work, manic double bass drums, and the demonic vocal imagery from bassist Robert Anderson make up the aural attack. Remember the name Artillery Hell, you just might be hearing it again some day in the not too distant future in the world of extreme metal.
