I don't get it. I just don't get it. I honestly believe that Mr Tickmayer stumbled into his studio in a drunken stupor and proceeded to trip over every instrument in there while accidentally hitting the record button. I'd love to go all "music snobby" on you and tell just what a work of genius this record is, but as I stated in the beginning: I don't get it.
21 musical fragments make up this work. Experimental doesn't even begin to describe the musical mayhem contained herein. Mr Tickmayer creates extremely dense musical tapestries which reverberate with a cacophonic intensity which, if played at the appropriate volume, can clear a room of guests who have overstayed their welcome in about 20 seconds flat.
Truly a recording for fans of unconventional soundscapes. I've tried many times to get into it, but I don't get it. I just don't get it.
