Of the recent centrally metal CDs I've heard, this one is probably one of the best. The structural compostions of the songs dare to change things up, and likely because the lead vocalist, Jonny Lindkvist, can support the dynamics. You won't hear a vast difference in tone, but there appears to be a weight of experience behind his voice and the rest of the band that is audible in almost every track.
I particularly like the innovative rhythmic movement. I'm guessing that this band will grow compositionally with each additional CD. I'd watch their future work closely.
