Two-song demo tap from a young-ish quartet that's apparently ready to move into the fast lane by getting its work out there. Nice work, fellas, way to go for the gusto. Trouble is, the production's a bit haphazard here and the songs are confusing: Does this outfit want to be prog? Metal? Pop? What? It's never quite clear from listening to either of the tracks presented. And the vocals? A little too choirboy for my liking. Could be cool and Queenlike with a little work and a whole lot of patience (the guitars are already). No doubt you can hear these tracks on the band's MySpace page for yourself and decide from there. Interesting, but not overwhelming.
