Bright Ophidia: Coma

A strange, stylistically restless release with great guitars, bizarre vocals and a variety of strange but pleasant sounds that resonate the truth of some alternate universe. Like other Polish bands, Bright Ophidia move across enough musical terrains to make even the most seasoned and diverse studio musician scratch his head and say, "What the?" Death metal, doom metal, rock and roll, they all make appearances here, all of them getting almost equal attention and all of them done equally well.

I wouldn't say that this is my favorite band to come out of Poland thus far (though they may be one of them) but they're certainly one of the most innovative if not always the most easily understandable.
