This five-track, 20-minute EP from The Guestz — the band's name must refer to the perceived status of this Roman quartet as a perennial opening act — kicks off with the classy (not!) "Jonna Wants Two Beers." The AC/DC-slash-Motorhead rip-off contains not a whit of originality, despite the title referencing the band's guitar player. And with songs like "House of Rock" and "Naked Alice," you can imagine what the rest of Not For Money, Just For Glory sounds like. But, wait! On "Piracy," Mimmo God actually sings with some individuality and proves these guys do have some shreds of dignity intact. And all four of 'em can play. This is party music at its sleaziest; what bothers me is how derivative it all sounds.
