The punishing sounds of death/hardcore metal band Through The Eyes Of The Dead are released on their latest musical onslaught titled Skepsis. Being their third full length release and due to line-up changes it's also the first with new vocalist Danny Rodriguez, who screams and growls his way through this new album. Also new to the band are drummer Mike Ranne and guitarist Chris Henckle. They join Justin Longshore, guitarist and founding member, and bass player Jake Ososkie, and together the members of Through The Eyes Of The Dead have created a fiery album of fierce music with a lethal dose of crushing riffs.
Through The Eyes Of The Dead's raging compositions kick off with Mike Ranne's accelerated drumming on the explosive "Dementia", after the short introduction of "Parasite Throne", like a metal wrecking ball their songs unleash a destructive force. I was pleased to see Through The Eyes Of The Dead have also seen fit to include an enthralling heavy instrumental on Skepsis with track nine "Insomnium".
Through The Eyes Of The Dead now have a lethal line-up, Skepsis' musical brutality will satisfy your need for intense metal.
